How to Submit a Support Ticket
If you need help with updates, fixes, or new features, you can easily submit a ticket through the EVOLYNK Help Desk.
Submitting a ticket ensures your request is properly logged, tracked, and handled by the right person.
Step 1: Click Submit a Ticket
From the Help Desk home page, click the Submit a Ticket button.
Step 2: Choose a Category
Select the option that best matches your request:

| General | For small questions or simple requests. |
| Question | When you need clarification or advice before we make a change. |
| Incident | Something isn’t working — a bug, error, or outage. |
| Feature Request | You’d like us to add new functionality or a new section. |
| Maintenance / Update | Routine updates or housekeeping tasks (e.g., plugin updates, content refresh). |
| Change Request | Updates to existing content or design (e.g., replace an image, edit text, adjust layout). |
Click your chosen category to open the ticket form.
Step 3: Fill in the Ticket Details
Provide clear information so we can act quickly:

Subject – Short summary (for example, Homepage banner update).

Message – Describe what you’d like us to do, include relevant page URLs, and any notes.

Priority – Select Low, Medium, or High depending on urgency.

Attachments – Upload files or screenshots if needed (
.jpg,.png,.pdf,.docx,.zip).
???? Tip: Please use High only for urgent or site-critical issues.
Step 4: Submit Your Ticket
Click Submit to send your request.
You’ll receive a confirmation message and an email containing your Ticket ID.
You can track progress anytime from the View Existing Tickets section at the top of the Help Desk.
Step 5: Follow Up or Reply
When we respond, you’ll get an email notification.
You can reply directly through the portal or by replying to the email — all messages stay linked to your ticket.
