How to Approve Changes on the Staging Site

When your ticket status changes to Awaiting Approval, it means our team has completed the requested updates and they’re ready for your review.
We always post changes on a staging site first — a private test version of your website — so you can check and approve everything before it goes live.

Step 1: Open the Staging Link

You’ll find the link to your staging site inside your ticket message.
It usually looks something like:

https://staging.yourdomain.com/

Click the link to open it in your browser.

???? Tip: If you don’t see the link, check the latest reply in your ticket — or ask us to resend it.

Step 2: Review the Changes

Take a few minutes to carefully check everything that was updated.
Here’s what to look for:

  • Text and content updates (spelling, formatting, wording)

  • Images, banners, or videos

  • Buttons, links, and forms

  • Mobile responsiveness and layout

  • Any new pages or sections added

You can compare the staging site with your live website to confirm the updates.

Step 3: Provide Feedback or Approval

Once you’ve reviewed everything, go back to your ticket and reply with one of the following:

  • Approved — please push live
    (if everything looks good)

  • Changes needed:
List any updates or corrections you’d like us to make before launch.

Example reply:

“Everything looks great except the banner image — please replace it with the attached file before publishing.”

Step 4: We’ll Push the Changes Live

After your approval:

  • We’ll move the changes from the staging site to your live website.

  • The ticket status will be updated to Resolved once the work is complete.

Step 5: Optional — Follow Up

If you’d like to double-check your live site after deployment, feel free to reply to the ticket.
We’ll confirm that everything is successfully published and functioning.

Quick Tips

  • Always review the staging site instead of your live website for new work.

  • Use screenshots or bullet points in your feedback for clarity.

  • Approvals help us deploy faster and keep your site updates organised.

In short:

1️⃣ Review the staging link
2️⃣ Approve or request edits
3️⃣ We’ll push to live and close the ticket
